Provide the NDE examinations that support the most recent two thickness readings of the degraded liner areas.
Provide IRs, ARs and a copy of EC 402443. Additionally, provide drawing and pictures (if available) that identify the location of the degradation and locations selected for ultrasonic thickness monitoring.
Provide a copy of the NDE procedure used to measure liner thickness.

- 4) Vendor Procedures for SG tube eddy current acquisition and analysis and site documents that perform owner review and acceptance of these procedures.
- 5) Copy of nondestructive examination procedure:
- a. Used to conduct ultrasonic (MRP-146 examinations) of 1RC-07-7-2 elbow to safe end weld.
- b. ER - AA-335-003.
- 6) Copy of the latest versions of the generic EPRI procedures PDI-UT-1, PDI-UT-2, and PDI-UT-8 and the EPRI procedure demonstration qualification records for vendor procedures EXE-PDI-UT-1, EXE-PDI-UT-2, EXE-PDI-UT-8.
- 7) Copy of the Inservice Inspection program document which identifies the specific components subject to volumetric weld examinations in each of the risk based component categories (e.g. R1.11, R1.15..) for the Braidwood Unit 1 risk based ISI program. Also provide the document which identifies the dates that volumetric examinations were completed for components within these examination categories.
- 8) Provide the dates that weld overlays were installed on Class 1 and 2 welds subject to volumetric examinations in the risk based ISI program for Unit 1.
Also, provide a copy of the revisions that were made to the Unit 1 ISI program as a result of these overlays.
- 9) Copy of EC 406306 and supplements that include the SG Degradation Assessment, Condition monitoring assessment, Operational assessment and the SG secondary side integrity assessment for the Unit 1 SGs.
- 10) SG Eddy Current Vendor - Examination Technique Examination Technique Specification Sheets (ETSS) and site records that confirm/validate and record acceptance of these records.
- 11) Documents needed to support review of Reactor Vessel Head Penetration Peening (IP 71111.18).
- a. Documents provided in first part of this inspection to include the current revisions of the vendor procedures that implement the vessel head peening modification (just need access to the electronic copies that were originally placed on site L drive).
- b. Documents (if available) that demonstrates the corrosion resistance of the Inconel 600 nozzle areas that will be subjected to electric discharge machining.
- c. Vendor procedures (and site review/approval records for these procedures) that will be used to perform the cavitation and rotary peening.
