- I am Donald Barnes and i am a former employee of the JAMES A Fitzpatrick retired in 2000 from there. I aml00% in favor ofExelon's taking over the FitzPatrick plant. It would be devastating to the County of Oswego and the surrounding area with the loss of 600 +jobs.
