Complete The Reactor Safety Branch evaluation of the Oconee Unit 1 fuel.load for Cycle 6 which was enclosed in a January 9, 1980 memorandum, did-not include our evaluation of the startup test program. Additional information on the startup test program has been submitted. Enclosed-is an addendum to the RSB evaluation which approves the startup test program and completes the review.
