This agreement is entered into pursuant to the authority of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended (42 U.S.C 5801 et seq.). This work will be performed in accordance with the NRC/DOE Memorandum of Understanding dated November 24, 1998. To the best of our knowledge, the woi:k requested will not place the DOE and its contractor in *direct competition with the domestic private sector.
