This letter is to inform you that effective September 4, 2016, Mr. Stephen S. Koenick will be assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Acting Chief for Plant Licensing IV-2 and Decommissioning Transition Branch, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Mr. Koenick assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Shaun Anderson for Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3.
