1) Gerard van Noordennen, LaCrosseSolutions, Letter to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "License Amendment Request for the License Termination Plan," dated June 27, 2016 The La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) License Termination Plan (LTP) was submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review on June 27, 2016 as documented in Reference 1. During the acceptance review, the NRC requested support documents referenced in Technical Support Document (TSD) RS-TD-313196-004, "LACBWR Soil DCGL and Concrete BFM Dose Factors." Specifically, the request was to provide the RESRAD output files listed on page 57 of the TSD. This correspondence provides the requested information.

Enclosure 1 provides the RESRAD input and output files in CD format. Enclosure 2 contains a preflight status report identifying any noncompliance issues with NRC electronic submittal guidance that could not be resolved due to the source of the information being submitted. All submitted information is in legible format.
