Dear Senator Markey:
I am providing the final response to your February 17, 2016, letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requesting documents regarding the Seabrook Station Unit 1.
Enclosed are Revisions 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 for Seabrooks Updated Final Safety Analysis Report. Two versions of the reports, redacted and unredacted, are provided. The two CDs that are marked for public release contain redacted pages. The NRC has made this information publicly available. The other two CDs are marked Not for Public Release because they contain security-related information, which the NRC is withholding from public release under 5 USC Sections 552(b)(4) and 552(b)(7)(F). We request that these documents be held in confidence with access limited to members and committee staff.
