Dear Siobhan,
The document you requested (NRC Staff Disclosure Item # PPI-88-010) was an E-mail from an Entergy employee to the NRC Staff, to which a Westinghouse (Wesdyne) document was attached. It was listed on the NRC Staffs Proprietary Privilege Log of May 2016 due to markings that indicated it may contain Westinghouse proprietary information. Since then, I have spoken with Paul Bessette, who informed me that the Westinghouse document has been publicly disclosed by Entergy in its most recent disclosures as Item No.
9760, and need not be withheld as proprietary. Entergys disclosure log shows it as follows:
