NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-269/94-19, 50-270/94-19 AND
50-287/94-19
Thank you for your response of August 25, 1994, to our Notice of
Deviation issued on July 27, 1994, concerning activities conducted
at your Oconee facility. We have evaluated your response to Deviation
50-269,270,287/94-19-01 and will examine the implementation of.your corrective
actions during future inspections.
With respect to Deviation 50-269,270,287/94-19-02, it is our understanding
that you will revise your response to address inspection of weld class breaks
associated with piping one inch or less. As discussed on September 12, 1994,
between Mr. D. Nix of your staff and Mr. K. Poertner of my staff, your revised
response is to be provided to this office by September 30, 1994.
The response directed by this letter is not subject to the clearance
procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1980, Pub. L. No.96-511.
