Thank you for your response of March 21, 1994, to our Notice of Violation and
Notice of Deviation issued on February 17, 1994, concerning activities
conducted at your Oconee facility.
Your response did not address oversight of vendor activities. Based on the
March 24, 1994, conversation between you and Mr. P. E. Harmon of my staff, it
is my understanding that a revised response to this item will be provided to
this office by April 22, 1994.
The response directed by this letter is not subject to the clearance
procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1980, Pub. L. No.96-511.
