This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. C. Jennings of your staff and Mr. K. Barr of this office on February 24, 1995, concerning a management meeting which has been scheduled for March 7, 1995, at 10:00 a.m.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the revision to your site Emergency Plan.

The location of the meeting will be at 101 Marietta Street, Suite 2900, Atlanta, Georgia. This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
