SUMMARY
- DUKE POWER COMPANY This refers to the meeting which was held on July 8, 1994, at the Region II office in Atlanta, GA, with Duke Power Company to discuss their Nuclear Review and Assessment Programs which provide for the assessment/management overview of the Duke Power Company nuclear facilities. Specifically, the functions of the Nuclear Safety Review Board, Regulatory Audits, Performance Assessments, Operating Experience Assessments, Plant Operating Review Committees, and various performance indicators were discussed. A list of attendees and a copy of the licensee presentation handout are enclosed.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial in aiding our understanding of your ongoing programs and activities.
