CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - OCONEE UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 This letter confirms the arrangements made between Mr. M. E. Patrick, of your staff and Mr. M. S. Lesser of my staff concerning an Enforcement Conference to be conducted at the Region II Nuclear Regulatory Commission office in Atlanta, Georgia on Monday, November 8, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the September 29, 1992 inoperable MG-6 relay which would have prevented Keowee Unit 2 from performing its intended safety function when aligned to the overhead emergency power path.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
