CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - OCONEE UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 This letter confirms the arrangements made between Mr. M. E. Patrick, of your staff and Mr. M. S. Lesser of my staff concerning a Management Meeting to be conducted at the Region II Nuclear Regulatory Commission office,in Atlanta, Georgia on Monday, November 8, 1993, at 1:00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your initiatives and corrective actions implemented to address adverse trends in maintenance related practices, such as parts control, preventive maintenance, work controls, procedures and post maintenance testing activities. A proposed agenda is enclosed.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
