AND 3 This confirms the arrangements made between Mr. M. E. Patrick of your staff and Mr. G. A. Belisle of my staff concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region II Office on June 24, 1992, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting will be for you to discuss the shutdown risk procedures to be implemented for the Unit 3 refueling outage scheduled to begin on July 21, 1992, Problem Investigation Program, procedure adherence and configuration control programs at Oconee.

Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
