Request for return of Volume 1, Section 10 of Oconee Nuclear Station Second Ten Year Interval Plan, Rev. 5.
By letter dated July 5, 1988 (copy enclosed) Duke Pwer Company submitted Volumes 1 - 5 of the Oconee Nuclear Station Second Ten Year Interval Plan, Rev. 5. On May 3, 1989, Phil North of Duke Power Company notified Darl Hood (Project Manager for Oconee) that Volume 1 contained Babcock and Wilcox proprietary calibration drawings, and requested all copies of this volume be returned or destroyed.
Mr North stated that a non-proprietary version of Volume 1 would be submitted in order for NRC to properly complete docketing and distribution functions.
As instructed by Darl Hood, it is requested that you either return your copy of Volume 1 of the Oconee Nuclear Station Second Ten Year Interval Plan, Rev. 5 or provide written notification to me at (Mail Stop One White Flint North P1-37) that it has been destroyed.
A non-proprietary Volume 1 will be distributed upon receipt from Duke Power Company.

Oconee Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-269, -270, -287 Second Ten Year Interval ISI Plan Gentlemen:
By letter dated May 4, 1988 the NRC requested additional information in regard to the Inservice Inspection (JS1) program for the second ten year interval at Oconee Nuclear Station.
On June 7, 1988 a teleconference was held with NRC staff and consultants to clarify specific requests within the May 4,
1988 letter.
In response to Items 1 through 12, please find attached uncontrolled copies of the Oconee Nuclear Station Second Ten Year Interval Plan Revision 5 including ISI Class I and 2 boundary drawings and Unit I isometric drawings.
In response to Item 13 regarding referenced ISI documents, the following requests for relief were excluded from the list:
Oct. 8, 1987; June 27, 1986; Sept. 19, 1986; Oct. 29, 1987; March 7, 1988; March 15, 1988; March 15, 1988; and March 16, 1988.
In addition, Reference No.
30 should be listed as September 19, 1986.
