MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF RELIEF REQUEST (CAC NOS. MF7073 AND MF7074)
Dear Mr. Waldrep:
By letter dated November 9, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15322A157), you applied for a relief request to the McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-9 and NPF-17.
The proposed request was for an alternative to defect removal prior to performing repair activities on buried Nuclear Service Water System piping. Subsequently, by letter dated May 17, 2016 (ADAMS Accession No. ML16146A542), you withdrew the relief request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn.
