Dear Sir:
Pursuant to Technical Specification 4.2.4 and in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix H, please find attached a report (BAW-1837, August 1984), of the test results of the examination of the third capsule of the Duke Power Company's Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit 1 reactor vessel material surveillance program. The results of the examination has verified that a change in the Technical Specifications is not required.
