issued on November 26,
1991, concerning activities conducted at your Oconee
facility.
Based on a January 7, 1992, discussion between Mr. M. E. Patrick
of your staff and Mr. P. E. Harmon of my staff, it is our understanding, that a
revised response to Violation Nos. 269,
270,
287/91-30-01 specifically
clarifying the corrective steps to avoid further violations will be submitted
by February 10, 1992.
