Thank you for your response of July 11, 1991, to our Notice of Violation issued
on June 13,
1991, concerning activities conducted at your Oconee facility. We
have evaluated your response and found that it
meets the requirements of
10 CFR 2.201. This violation involved an orifice plate in.the.Unit 2 crossover
flow element associated with the "A" High Pressure Injection. header being
installed in the reverse direction. We will examine the implementation of your
corrective actions during future inspections.,
