Reactor Safety REVIEW STATUS:.- Complete Enclosed is the Reactor Safety Branch evaluation of the Oconee Unit 2 fuel load for Cycle 5 operation arid the associated Technical Specifi cations.
The review has considered the effects of normal operation,
-anticipated transients, and posulated accidents.
The licensee (Duke Power Company) has not submitted an acceptable Startup Test Program as of the date of this memo.
However, one is promised for NRC's review prior to the startup of Oconee 2. When that program is submitted, an addendum to this report will be issued.
