In accordance with the requirements of ASME Code Case N-532-5, Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) hereby submits the Inservice Inspection Owner's Activity Report (Form OAR-I) for Surry Unit 2 refueling outage S2R26, which ended on December 11, 2015. This document contains the reporting requirements for the first refueling outage of the first period in the fifth ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 2.
