Dear Sir or Madam:

This letter serves as notification of Arkansas Nuclear Ones (ANO) readiness for your office to perform a 95003 supplemental inspection. The site is also prepared to support the 95001 supplemental inspection for the ANO-2 white performance indicator and the 95002 supplemental inspections for the stator and flooding yellow findings.

ANOs readiness for the inspection was discussed with Mr. Neil OKeefe, Region IV Branch Chief. ANO is ready to support the 95003 inspection scheduled to begin on January 25, 2016.

This letter contains no new commitments.
