Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 18 In accordance with Title 1 O of the Code of Federal Regulations (1 O CFR) 50.54(p ), this letter provides Revision 18 of the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program.
The Revision Log of the WBN Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and lfldependent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program provided in the enclosure describes the recent changes. The revised plan became effective as of November 7, *201s.
The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has evaluated the changes contained in this revision and has determined that the revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the subject plan.
The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 73.22. The enclosed plan revision is being sent by certified mail and the signed receipt will signify that the.Nuclear Regulatory Commission has received this information.
