PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN BURNS: Im going to call this to order. Before we start our afternoon meeting on Digital Instrumentation and Control. We do have one matter to come before the Commission, on affirmation. Madam Secretary will you start?
ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: This is on Florida Power & Light Company, Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Units 3 & 4. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to appeals by Florida Power & Light Company and the NRC Staff of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision in Licensing Board Panel-15-13 granting a hearing to Citizens Allied for Safe Energy, Inc. in the matter of Florida Power & Lights license amendment request to allow an increase in the ultimate heat sink temperature at Turkey Point.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order that affirms the Boards decision. Would you please affirm your votes?
