Regulatory Commitment Change Summary Report Attached is the Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) 2015 Corporate Regulatory Commitment Change Summary Report. The attachment describes a revision to a fleet regulatory commitment that was processed in 2015 in accordance with Nuclear Energy Institute 99-04, "Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitment Changes," and applicable EGC procedures.
The attachment contains Security-Related information that is associated with Interim Compensatory Measures that were implemented in response to NRC Order EA-02-026. EGC requests that the attachment be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding." Upon removal of the attachment, this letter is decontrolled.
