Dear Mr. Waldrep:
This letter is to inform you that effective November 1, 2015, Mr. Benjamin G. Beasley will be assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-2, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Mr. Beasley will assume all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Ms. Shana R. Helton regarding the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1.
