Management Directive (MD) 8.11, which governs the 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions, requires that the Petition Manager contact the petitioner(s), every 60 days regarding the status of the Petition. I want to check-in to inform you that the PRB is close to making a final decision on the petition. I will contact you again (via e-mail or phone) when the final decision has been made prior to a formal notification.
