RE: Byron/Braidwood Stations Request for Exemption for the Main Steam Line Bypass Valves Good morning Mr. Settles, This is a note to summarize that you and I had a conversation today, regarding an exemption request from Exelon, for the NRC to approve a change to a licensed requirement associated with the Byron/Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2, Main Steam Line Bypass valves.

The exemption request, publically available in the NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under ADAMS Accession No. ML15097A123, provides the details of the licensees request.

Todays exchange was for informational purposes only.

Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you for your time and attention.
