" Completed Form ES-403-1, Written Examination Grading Quality Checklist

" Written examination performance analysis

" Partially completed original Form ES-201-3, Examination Security Agreement

" A copy of all the CARDs (Corrective Action Resolution Documents) written following the examination.

The Fermi 2 license candidates have no post written exam comments on the ILO NRC Exam.
