Dear Mr. Henderson:
This letter is to inform you that effective November 1, 2015, Mr. Michael T. Markley has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Branch Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-1, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, and has licensing oversight responsibility for Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2. Mr. Markley assumes all supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Robert J. Pascarelli as Chief, Plant Licensing Branch 11-1.
