Salem-Hope Creek Generating Stations s*ecurity Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 17 Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), PSEG Nuclear, LLC (PSEG), hereby submits Revision 17 to the Salem-Hope Creek Generating Stations Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program. Enclosure 1 contains Form 2 - 10 CFR 50.54(p) Evaluation Form for the Salem-Hope Creek Generating Stations Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 17, that will be implemented on September 22, 2015, and reflects the destaffing of two posts, one at Salem and one at Ho"pe Creek. Enclosure 1 also contains the NEI security plan change template from NEI 11-08, Guidance on Submitting Security Plan Changes.

A copy of the revised Salem-Hope Creek Generating Stations Security Plan, Training and

• Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program document in its entirety is included in Enclosure 2. This revision contains the nomenclature from NEI 03-12 Revision 7, "Template for the Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program."

The documents included in Enclosures 1 and 2, have been determined to contain safeguards information. PSEG requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Performance Requirements," paragraph (a)(1 ). There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
