DUKE TOPICAL QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM This refers to your letter to this office dated June 14, 1985, which transmitted Ammendment Nine of the Duke Power Company Topical Quality Assurance (QA)
Program description (DUKE-1-A) in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(a) and 50.55(f). The QA program is applicable *to the Oconee Station (Docket Nos.
50-269, 50-270 and 50-287),
the McGuire Station (Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-370),
and the Catawba Station (Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414).
Our review of this information indicates that Amendment Nine of your topical QA program continues to meet requirements. of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and is therefore acceptable.
