This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. J. E. Burchfield of your staff and Mr. R. E. Carroll of this office on February 10, 1997. concerning a management meeting to be conducted in the NRC Region II office (101 Marietta St.. N. W.. Suite 2900. Atlanta, Georgia) on March 20, 1997, from 10:30 a.m.

to 12:00 noon. You requested this meeting to discuss the nuclear service water system upgrade modification and its schedule for completion. This will be an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20., 1994: 59 FR 48340).
