MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION

Dear Mr. Hampton:

This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. J. E. Burchfield of your staff and Mr. L. D. Wert of this office on December 12, 1996, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the Oconee Nuclear Station on January 10, 1997, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. We requested this meeting to discuss the restart readiness of Oconee Units 1, 2 and 3. This will be an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994: 59 FR 48340).
