Dear Mr. Hampton:

This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. W. Foster of your staff and Mr. P. Skinner of this office on January 26, 1996, concerning a predecisional enforcement conference which has been scheduled for February 21, 1996, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the apparent violation which addresses the inadequate-control over fuel assembly movement on December 14, 1995, which resulted in a fuel assembly being left suspended in the fuel bridge mast for over three-weeks. The location of the meeting will be at 101 Marietta Street, Suite 2900, Atlanta, Georgia 30323, 29th floor conference room. This will be an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
