NRC GENERIC LETTER 89-10 TEAM INSPECTION OF OCONEE 1, 2, AND 3 DORING THE WEEK OF JUNE 24-28, 1991 This letter is to confirm the above dates for a Nuclear Regulatory Commission inspection at your Oconee facility.
The inspection will examine the program you have developed in response to Generic Letter 89-10, "Safety-Related Motor-Operated Valve Testing and Surveillance", and will be conducted by a five inspectors.
The dates were agreed to during telephone conversations between S. Perry of your Compliance staff and E. Girard of this office.
As discussed on June 7, 1991, it is our understanding that you will forward us the followiIo information to aid in preparing for the inspection:
- 1. The procedure or other document that describes your program.
- 2. A list of the valves included in the program (if not already included in the program description requested in 1 above).
- 3. A list of the valves that have received design basis reviews in accordance with the program.
- 4. A list of the valves that have been diagnostically tested to verify their capabilities in accordance with the program.
