Dear Mr. Koehl:

By letter dated August 20, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15201A195), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 206 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-76 and Amendment No. 194 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-80 for the South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2, respectively. The amendments consist of changes to the emergency action level scheme in response to your application dated May 15, 2014, as supplemented by letters dated July 10, 2014, February 11 and 26, and July 1, 2015.

Due to an administrative error on the part of the NRC, item 2 on page 2 of Enclosures 1 and 2 was missing the safety evaluation date of August 20, 2015. This error is administrative in nature and does not affect the NRC staff's overall conclusions associated with Amendment Nos. 206 and 194. Enclosed are corrected enclosure pages for your records.

Accordingly, by Amendment No. 206, Facility Operating License No. NPF-76 is hereby amended to authorize revision to the Emergency Action Level Technical Bases Document as set forth in STPNOC's application dated May 15, 2014, as supplemented by letters dated July 10, 2014, February 11 and 26, and July 1, 2015, and evaluated in the NRC staff's safety evaluation dated August 20, 2015.

3. The license amendment is effective as of its date of issuance and shall be implemented within 180 days from the date of issuance.
