Dear Sir:
As requested by Mr. Harrell G. Eisenhut's letter of October 10, 1979, please find enclosed the Emergency Plan for the Oconee Nuclear Station. This document was revised in accordance with the format and content of Regulatory Guide 1.101 and other regulatory positions recently released.
It is expected that further revisions to this emergency plan will be necessary as a result of the NRR review team site visit and changing regu latory requirements. Therefore, we would propose to implement the revised emergency plan thirt (30) days following NRC approval of the plan.
