SUBJECT:
OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION FEE REFUND REGARDING NRC 8/15/78. VoRIZATIOn Our November 6, 1978 memorandum (Grimes to iller) cited the subject authorization as qualified for a fee refund.
Your memorandum of December 20,1978 asked us to reassess-that refund.
While Duke Power Company only discussed sleeving the steam generator tubes in Occnee Unit No. 1, our letter of Atoust 16, 1978 would not offer any objection to sleeving tubes in the other two units; consequently, we should not refund fees in regard to our August 15, 1978 letter of authorization.
