OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION EXAMINATION REPORT 50-269/OL-91-01 On January 14-24 1991, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your Oconee Nuclear Station. At the conclusion of the exami nation, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
During the examination visit, the examiners made several observations concerning your initial training program which are detailed in Enclosure 1. The number and type of these observations indicate some weaknesses in your simulator training program. We will continue to monitor the progress of this program during future initial and requalification examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
