Confirmation of Meeting Arrangements This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Warren Owen, Vice President, Engineering and Construction, and Mr. Jack Bryant on September 24, 1982, concerning a management meeting at your offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, on October 27, 1982.
We requested this meeting to review the results of the first phase of our annual apprisal of your regulatory performance. The time of the meeting was established as 2:00 p.m. A proposed agenda is enclosed. It is expected that Commissioner James Asselstine will attend the meeting.
Selected NRC managers have met as a part of the NRC's Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) program to discuss your regulatory performance during the period May 1980 through May 1982. The result of this meeting, the SALP Board Report, will be forwarded to you approximately one week prior to our meeting.
Should you have any questions concerning these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
