NRC REGION II AVAILABILITY DURING THE OLYMPICS
Dear Mr. Hampton:
This is to inform you that because of the Olympic Games in Atlanta, the routine NRC Region II office hours are being changed. The core hours will be 6:00 a.m.
to 2:00 p.m. for the period of July 15 through August 9, 1996. The Region II staff will continue to remain available at allitimes to respond to emergencies.
Each technical Division has developed a staffing plan and roster for this period to assure the continuity of all essential functions; however, we recommend that routine meetings be avoided in the Region II office during this period due to the anticipated traffic conditions.
