FINAL FEMA EXERCISE REPORT FOR THE MAY 10, 1994, OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION EXERCISE
Dear Mr. Hampton:
Enclosed is the report from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) dated September 5, 1995, regarding the May 10, 1994, exercise of the State of South Carolina Radiological Emergency Response Plan for the Oconee Nuclear Station.
During the off-site portion of the exercise, no Deficiencies were identified.
However, one Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) and one Area Recommended for Improvement (ARFI) are identified and discussed in the enclosed FEMA exercise report.
We encourage you to work with State and local agencies on resolving the ARCA and ARFI before the next full-scale exercise.
