Dear Administrative Judges:

The NRC Staff (Staff) is correcting an error in its submission of a hearing exhibit pre-filed on August 10, 2015. Consistent with the description of NRC Staff Exhibit (Ex.)

NRC000188 in Staffs exhibit list and in the NRC Staff Testimony of Dr. Allen Hiser, Dr. Ching Ng, Mr. Gary Stevens, P.E., and Mr. On Yee, Concerning Contentions NYS-26B/RK-TC-1B and NYS-38/RK-TC-5 (Ex. NRC000168), at page 78, Ex. NRC000188 was intended to be Entergy Letter NL-15-060 (May 12, 2015). However, the Staff inadvertently submitted a different document, Entergy Letter NL-13-052 (May 7, 2013) as Ex. NRC000188. To correct this error, the Staff is herewith filing Entergy Letter NL-15-060 as Ex. NRCR00188. Corresponding changes to the Staffs testimony and exhibit list, along with certain other limited corrections, will be filed shortly.

The Staff has contacted New York State, Riverkeeper, and Entergy, and informed them of the instant correction; those parties did not object to this correction.

The Staff regrets any inconvenience this error may have caused.
