DAVIS-BESSE NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATED TO SECURITY PLAN CHANGES (TAC NO. MF5801)
Dear Mr. Boles:
By letter dated September 29, 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14275A039), FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) submitted Revisions 17 and 18 of the "Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan," for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is reviewing your submittal and has determined that additional information is required to complete the review. A response to the enclosed request for additional information should be provided by August 10, 2015. If changes to the security plan are identified in response to this request, these changes are expected to be made in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulation Section 50.54(p)(1) and (2).
