Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Revision In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V, the enclosure provides the revised Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP) as listed below.

043 General Emergency 03/19/2014 The revisions added faxing instructions to the State of Tennessee Notification Form and Site Personnel Notification Form. These activities continue to comply with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50 Appendix E.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b), copies of this submittal are being forwarded to the NRC Region II Administrator and the resident inspectors.
