In accordance with Article III - Interagency Communications, of the site-specific Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), The U.S. Department of Energy - Office of Environmental Management, and the National Nuclear Security Administration, dated June 13, 2014, the NRC is notifying you that its Principle Representative, the Shallow Land Disposal Area (SLDA)
Project Manager, has changed. The current SLDA Project Manager is Mr. David Misenhimer.
