MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 -CORRECTION LETTER TO REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE (TAC NO. MF5817)
Dear Mr. Capps By letter dated June 19, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15161A414), the NRC staff issued a proprietary determination letter regarding relief request 15-MN-OO 1 for the McGuire Nuclear Station, Unit 1. The relief request was submitted by Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke) via letter dated March 5, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15083A053). Subsequent to issuance of the letter, Duke staff identified that the letter contained two typographical errors. The purpose of this letter is to identify and correct those errors.
In the first paragraph, the relief request is incorrectly identified as "10-MN-001" and should be "15-MN-001."
In the second paragraph, the document is identified as a response to an RAI and should, instead be identified as a relief request.
These corrections do not impact the finding of the letter that the information submitted does contain proprietary information and should, in accordance with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2, Section 2.390, be withheld from public disclosure.
