Dear Commissioners and Staff:
Pursuant to Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specification (TS) 5.5.14, "Technical Specifications (TS) Bases Control Program,"
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby submits Revision 9 of the DCPP TS Bases. DCPP TS Bases, Revision 9, includes changes made to the DCPP TS Bases from August 29, 2013, through April 30, 2015, and replaces Revision 8 in its entirety. Changes are noted by revision bars in the right margin of the affected TS Bases.
PG&E is submitting the DCPP TS Bases, Revision 9, on the enclosed compact disc (CD), labeled "Diablo Canyon Power Plant Technical Specification Bases, Revision 9," dated May 2015. The contents are in Adobe Acrobat portable document format. A copy of this CD is being provided to the NRC Regional Administrator, Region IV, the DCPP NRR Project Manager, and the DCPP NRC Senior Resident Inspector.
